For technical reasons, the wetransfer.com login process in JDownloader works differently compared to other services.
Important:
You really only need to add a wetransfer account to JDownloader to download links that need you to be logged in.
There are no other benefits of using a wetranster.com account in JD so if you can, save yourself the time of adding such an account!
The following guide is created using a Chrome browser.
It is possible using any browser but the developer tools of other browsers may look different!
1. Open the wetransfer.com website in your browser.
If you are already logged in, logout and login again otherwise the session we are going to add to JDownloader may last less than 60 minutes.
2. While you are in a wetransfer.com tab, open the developer tools (aka "dev tools") of your browser.
In Chrome, you can do this using the hotkey combination CTRL + J.

You might want to undock the developer tools into a separate window in order to make navigating in it easier:
a. Click on the 3-dot-menu in the upper right corner
b. Click on the first item right next to the text Dock side.

3. In the dev tools, navigate to the tab called Network.
On the top left side, there is a Filter field.
Type in oauth/token and refresh the tab-page while the developer tools are still open.
You should see exactly one result.
Click on that result and on the right side, click on Response.
If you see some values like access_token and refresh_token, you are on the right track.
4. Copy the content you see in the right side starting with "{" and ending with "}".
5. In JDownloader, navigate to Settings -> Account Manager -> Add -> wetransfer.com
Enter your E-Mail in the E-Mail field and in the password field, enter the data you copied.
Your wetransfer account should be accepted and you can start downloading login-protected content from wetransfer.
