How to delete your MyJDownloader account

1. Go to my.jdownloader.org and login.
2. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner.
   
3. Click on the settings icon (text with a wrench symbol which contains your e-mail address).
   
4. Click on the Delete account button.
   
5. Type in the captcha and click ok.
   
6. You will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm the account deletion. Click on that link.
7. Enter your password, type in the captcha and click on the Terminate account button to delete your MyJDownloader account.
   

Your account has now been deleted. You can easily verify this by trying to login again.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive the conformation e-mail after requesting account deletion in step 4 of the above instructions, what can I do?

Check your spam folder and try again.
If this doesn't help, contact us via the contact options listed down below.
We will then manually delete your account.

I no longer have access to my e-mail account so there is no way I can confirm the account deletion, what can I do?
