By default Fritz!Box prevents DNS entries to resolve to local network IPs (rebind protection).
This causes DirectConnection Mode of MyJDownloader to fail!
You have to exclude "*.mydns.jdownloader.org" and "mydns.jdownloader.org" in the rebind protection settings, see screenshot.
A restart of your browser/computer might be needed.
