Cable connections usually have a static IP which means just restarting your router will not get you a new IP.
The IP only changes if the MAC of your router changes. This makes a Cable Reconnect very difficult.
We suggest you to buy a premium account instead. If you want to try a reconnect anyway, you might find answers on how to do this in our support forum.
