Set name of added container file as package name

When adding container files such as .dlc or .nzb you might sometimes want to set a package name that is equivalent to the name of the added container or a part of the name of your added container.
In this case we're testing with a container named "testName.dlc" so we want all items inside this container to go into a package named "testName".


The included example URLs in this example container might be offline which does not matter
